Go-Live of PICO integration in 1Plus!
The voice assistant PICO has been integrated into the field service solution 1Plus. On May 15, 2023, the 4,500 users in AW KG's branches and sales started using PICO within the 1Plus system.
In the first 48 hours since go-live, around 3300 users have made use of this integration, resulting in more than 45,000 interactions.
PICO is the multimedia voice assistant for the business context and is networked with all backend systems - from Outlook to SAP to STEP, for example. The voice assistant works across systems and serves as a single entry point for employees. PICO also uses AI components such as ChatGPT to complete its tasks. Through daily training, PICO is constantly learning and thus continuously evolving.
Thanks to this functionality and the new integration between PICO and 1Plus, AW KG employees can access information more quickly and flexibly and also process routine activities such as the subsequent sending of SAP documents (delivery bills or invoices) to vendors more efficiently.
