The Project Management Office coordinates the various software rollout projects within the IT organization as well as the shared use of resources, methods, tools and techniques and standardizes governance processes.

Our services

The Competence Center Project Management Office (PMO) consists of three teams:

The Portfolio & Services team primarily plans international software rollouts and is responsible for strategic project and capacity planning as well as management reporting.

The CoE & Quality Management team is dedicated to project management tools and quality management, particularly in accordance with compliance guidelines. It defines KPIS and creates templates, defines best practices and trains employees.

The Governance team manages the IT governance process in the business and harmonizes and standardizes processes.
