Celebrating success together: Würth IT honors career steps at appointment ceremony

Würth IT's annual appointment ceremony took place on March 1, 2024 at the Panoramahotel Waldenburg. The ceremony marks a significant moment in the corporate culture by duly celebrating the successes and career steps of the past year.
"The successes and achievements of our nominees serve as a significant source of motivation and inspiration for our entire company," says Christian Berndt, Managing Director of Würth IT. "The employees honored here also symbolize the tireless commitment, dedication and outstanding achievements that our team at Würth IT performs on a daily basis," says Dr Thomas Burkhart, Managing Director of Würth IT.
Over 89 Appointments: Diverse Talents Honored
Christian Berndt and Christina Truschel (HR department) jointly hosted the emotional evening and honored a total of 89 deserving employees in various positions. The appointments spanned various hierarchical levels, including professionals, experts, specialists, consultants, team leaders and department heads.
With 38 employees achieving the title professional, as well as 32 experts, eight specialists, six team leaders, three department heads and two speakers, the ceremony reflected the wide range of talents and skills that characterize Würth IT.
Shared Joy and Pride in an Emotional Atmosphere
The celebrations were marked by moving speeches from the respective managers, who not only highlighted the professional successes of the honorees, but also shared personal stories and encounters over the years.
With a beautiful view, the guests enjoyed a lovely get-together, accompanied by warm and festive moments. This year's Würth IT appointment ceremony was not only a celebration of individual successes, but also an expression of solidarity and pride in what we have achieved together.
