ONE IT is made up of several Competence Centers, each of which is responsible for one or more technology areas within the Wuerth IT Group. Würth IT India employees from areas such as programming, consulting and rollout are part of the global competence center structures and work fully integrated with various international teams and specialists. Wuerth IT India is characterized in particular by a high level of commitment and the agility that naturally exists in India.
Based in Pune, a major city in the western Indian state of Maharashtra, the Indian IT company is at the center of a globally recognized and rapidly growing IT hub. The new office in the style of a Silicon Valley company with up to 300 usable workstations, which will be occupied in 2022, underlines the importance of the location.
All existing and yet-to-be-created resources have benefited the Würth companies since the third quarter of 2022. "Before that, we also worked for external companies, but today, as part of ONE IT, we are focusing our energies entirely on the Würth Group," says Lucas-Philipp Schenk. Born in Austria, he has been acting as Managing Director since September 2022. Previously, he was Chief Operation Officer (COO) at Würth ITensis in Switzerland.
