Würth IT rewarded as "Employer of the Future"
Würth IT has been awarded the "Employer of the Future" seal and the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) was particularly impressed by its modern appearance, innovative spirit and contemporary working conditions. From online questionnaire to award: The path of Würth IT
As part of a comprehensive check, Würth IT was put through its paces and the results were convincing. The detailed online questionnaire represents the first step towards becoming the "Employer of the Future". After that, the digital touchpoints and the brand presence of Würth IT were analyzed. Social listening is also part of the evaluation process. Social listening, or social media monitoring, searches social media for information relevant to a company and evaluates it. The methodology, content and evaluation criteria were developed with experts from various industries. The results of both processes are incorporated into the overall assessment, which forms the basis for the award.
The Managing Director of Würth IT Christian Berndt is also enthusiastic about the award: "We are proud to create a working environment that not only has a high radiance and thus attracts talent, but also promotes and inspires it." The development of new hires in the Young Talents area (trainees and students) also confirms this thesis: Würth IT was able to attract more than 15 percent new employees in the 2023 training year compared to the previous year.
