Würth IT celebrates the graduation of 19 university and apprenticeship graduates

On December 7, 2023, 19 Würth IT graduates celebrated the successful completion of their IHK apprenticeships and dual studies with members of the management and HR officers at the handicap restaurant in Künzelsau.

"Graduation is not only a personal milestone, but also opens the door to new horizons. It marks the starting point for a journey in which our former Young Talents can not only apply their knowledge, but also continuously expand it and shape new paths," says Martina Schmitt, HR Officer for Young Talents at Würth IT.

The graduates were trained in these professions

Over the past three years, three young talents have completed their vocational training as IT specialists for system integration. Würth IT has also successfully trained a further seven IT specialists for application development and an office communications clerk.

Würth IT also supported the DHBW degree courses in online media with two graduates, business informatics with five graduates and a young talent in applied informatics.

Christian Berndt, member of the Würth IT Management Board, Thomas Kübler and Oliver Huber as trainers at the Künzelsau, Niedernhall/Waldzimmern and Bad Mergentheim locations, Mae Pfeifer as a member of the Council of Confidence and Marion Betz, Sabrina Christof, Martina Schmitt and Anna-Lena Kreuder as HR managers and Young Talents officers congratulated the graduates and new colleagues on their successful completion.

"Handing over our Young Talents' certificates is a significant milestone in their careers. This was the last time this talented group came together in their current form and we couldn't be prouder," says Würth IT Managing Director Christian Berndt about the graduation ceremony.

Special award for very good degrees

"We are delighted that four of our graduates completed their training with an average grade of 1.4 or better - they will receive a caricature of Timo Würz and a cash bonus," says HR Officer for Young Talents Sabrina Christof.

A further four students completed their degree with a grade between 1.5 and 1.9, resulting in an overall final grade of 1.5 among the students.

Since July and October 2023, the young colleagues have been supporting various departments at Würth IT with their expertise and will remain with the company as part of the Würth IT family. "There are countless opportunities to realize your potential at Würth IT. We are excited to see how our young talents will shape their future with us," says Managing Director Christian Berndt.
