Magical moments and milestones: Würth IT honors long-standing employees
Würth IT GmbH set an example of recognition and appreciation for 67 deserving employees with an atmospheric anniversary celebration that took place on January 19, 2024 at Landgut Halsberg in Schöntal. This event was created a few years ago to pay due tribute to the many years of loyalty and outstanding work of each individual at the company.
Bernd Herrmann, Member of the Central Managing Board of the Würth Group, and the Managing Directors of Würth IT Dr. Thomas Burkhart and Christian Berndt welcomed the employees celebrating their anniversaries and honored their extraordinary achievements. "During their time with the company, the jubilarians have not only invested working hours, but have also contributed their energy, passion and expertise to our company," said Dr. Thomas Burkhart. "We appreciate and honor their loyalty, commitment and continuous inspiration," added Christian Berndt.
Up to 40 years with the company: focus on those Employees
A total of 67 employees were honored for their length of service. The distribution of anniversaries is as follows:
10 years: 22 employees
15 years: 17 employees
20 years: 8 employees
25 years: 10 employees
30 years: 7 employees
35 years: 1 employee
40 years: 2 employees
Emotional highlights and individual honors
A special highlight of the event were the laudatory speeches for employees celebrating 25, 30, 35 and 40 years with the company. These personal tributes were held by the direct line managers to highlight the achievements and special significance of each jubilarian for the company. The line managers took the time to highlight the individual contributions of the employees and emphasize their personal and professional successes. In addition to the professional milestones, the human qualities and the positive impact on the team and the corporate culture were also emphasized.
Colorful supporting program rounds off the event
During the evening, magician and mentalist Christian Fontagnier provided a magical highlight that amazed the guests. With his impressive illusions, captivating performances and fascinating presence, Fontagnier created an atmosphere full of excitement and enthusiasm. The festive dinner and the cozy get-together that followed created a warm atmosphere in which the jubilarians, their partners and the management were able to talk about their time together. The festive atmosphere was pervaded by nostalgic memories as the employees recounted personal anecdotes from years gone by.
