Using customer data for personalized campaigns in compliance with the law

In order to be able to send personalized mailings, corresponding customer data from WS1 is required. With the WS1-XPRO-Connector developed by us, you can access defined customer master data and use it for personalization.

Additionally and in connection with the online shop, the Connector can process customer consent for email marketing and perform a double opt-in process, so that GDPR compliant email marketing can take place. Plus, you can use the Connector to provide the customer with various newsletter categories to choose from.

Procedure

Currently, the WS1-XPRO Connector is in the beta test phase. As soon as the beta test phase is successfully completed, the connector can also be integrated for customers who use Inxmail Professional, WS1 and the Online-Shop.
