Würth IT is one of the best training companies in Germany. This was the result of a study conducted by the Hamburg-based market research institute SWI Human Resources on behalf of the Handelsblatt. The company scored 93.5 out of 100 points for its training concept, which offers dual study places and vocational training.
"We are delighted to receive this award. It confirms our claim to give young talents the best possible start to their careers," says Sabrina Christof, HR Officer for Young Talents at Würth IT.
"Our trainees and dual students not only benefit from sound professional support, but also from an environment that promotes their personal development. This is particularly important to us at Würth IT".
Wie wurde bewertet?
Die Studie wurde vom Hamburger Analyseinstitut SWI Finance im Auftrag des Handelsblatts durchgeführt. Grundlage der Untersuchung war eine Befragung von über 2.000 Ausbildungsbetrieben in Deutschland. Im Mittelpunkt standen Fragen zur Förderung von Auszubildenden sowie zu den zusätzlichen Leistungen, die Unternehmen ihren Nachwuchskräften bereitstellen. Um erfolgreiche Ausbildungsverhältnisse zu fördern, kommt es auf eine enge Zusammenarbeit beider Seiten an – etwa durch gezielte fachliche Unterstützung, zusätzliche Schulungsangebote oder eine strukturierte Begleitung durch Mentoren. Auch ein positives Betriebsklima und eine faire Vergütung spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Förderung von Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft.
Diese und weitere Kriterien flossen in das aktuelle Ranking zur Ermittlung der „Besten Ausbilder 2025“ ein, bei dem die die Würth IT mit ihrem Ausbildungskonzept überzeugen konnte.
