Würth IT is one of the best training companies in Germany. This was the result of a study conducted by the Hamburg-based market research institute SWI Human Resources on behalf of the Handelsblatt. The company scored 93.5 out of 100 points for its training concept, which offers dual study places and vocational training.
"We are delighted to receive this award. It confirms our claim to give young talents the best possible start to their careers," says Sabrina Christof, HR Officer for Young Talents at Würth IT.
"Our trainees and dual students not only benefit from sound professional support, but also from an environment that promotes their personal development. This is particularly important to us at Würth IT".
How was it evaluated?
The study was conducted by the Hamburg-based analysis institute SWI Finance on behalf of Handelsblatt. The study was based on a survey of over 2,000 training companies in Germany. The focus was on questions regarding the promotion of trainees and the additional services that companies provide for their junior staff. In order to promote successful apprenticeships, it is important that both sides work closely together - for example through targeted technical support, additional training courses or structured support from mentors. A positive working atmosphere and fair remuneration also play an important role in promoting motivation and commitment.
These and other criteria were included in the current ranking to determine the "Best Trainers 2025", in which Würth IT was able to impress with its training concept.
