Business meets education: Würth IT intensifies partnership for the promotion of young people
Würth IT is intensifying its commitment to STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) education: With immediate effect, the company is represented with an honorary mandate on the advisory board of the Initiative Junge Forscherinnen und Forscher e. V. (Young Researchers Initiative). The aim is to contribute experience and perspectives from the business world and, together with the IJF, to inspire young people for STEM topics of the future, innovation and education.
The appointment by the board and managing directors of the IJF builds on two years of cooperation between the two organizations in Baden-Württemberg.
Sabrina Christof, Head of Training at Würth IT, will represent the company as an honorary advisory board member: "Strong educational work means inspiring young people, promoting potential and actively shaping the future. This is particularly successful when business, science and society take on responsibility together. We are delighted to be able to shape this successful collaboration with the Young Researchers Initiative even more intensively in the future."
Proven partnership for STEM education in the region
The collaboration between Würth IT and the IJF has already borne concrete fruit: over the past two years, several schools in Baden-Württemberg have benefited from exciting STEM project days. With the new advisory board mandate, this partnership will now be placed on an even more sustainable basis and will be further expanded.
The partnership fits seamlessly into Würth IT's broad-based commitment to education. The company has been a member of the Hohenlohe innovation region since April 2026 and recently hosted a total of 25 schoolgirls at the Waldzimmern and Berlin sites on Girls' Day 2026.
