On December 4, 2025, the graduates of Würth IT came together at the Handicap restaurant in Künzelsau to celebrate the successful completion of their Chamber of Industry and Commerce apprenticeships and dual study programs. Together with a member of the management, the Young Talents team and other guests, this special milestone was honored.
In 2022, Würth IT trained IT specialists in system integration and application development at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The company also offered dual study programs in online media, digital business management, business informatics and applied informatics.
The ceremony began with warm welcomes from Managing Director Marion Betz, HR Officer for Young Talents Sabrina Christof and Timo Stegmeier, a member of the Council of Confidence. This was followed by the ceremonial presentation of certificates and gifts.
"Graduation is not only the end of an important chapter, but also the beginning of a new journey. It opens up numerous opportunities for our Young Talents to further deepen their knowledge and actively participate in shaping their future with courage and commitment," emphasized Marion Betz in her speech.
Special awards for outstanding achievements
Ten graduates achieved an average grade of 1.9 or better, one graduate even achieved the top grade of 1.3, an outstanding achievement that was also honored with an exclusive caricature by the well-known German comic artist Timo Wuerz.
The future of the graduates
Since July and October, 18 of the graduates have already become an integral part of Würth IT. With their expertise, they support the specialist departments in various areas and actively contribute to the success of the company. This marks the start of a career for them in an innovative environment with a wide range of development opportunities.
