Würth IT is once again sector winner in the

Würth IT has once again been recognized as one of the best training companies in Germany - and has taken first place in its sector for the second time. In the current "Training Atlas Germany 2025", a study by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF), the IT company was awarded the "Germany's Best Training Companies" seal.

"This award confirms our constant commitment to promoting young talent in a targeted manner and giving them a strong start to their careers," says Christian Berndt, Managing Director of Würth IT. "We continuously invest in high-quality training opportunities and individual development paths – which is why we are all the more delighted to have been recognized as an industry leader."

Training at Würth IT: Personal. Practical. Rich in Perspective.

Over 80 dedicated training officers support trainees and dual students at Würth IT with technical expertise and personal coaching. The training concept is based on three building blocks: "Experience experts", "Gain experience" and "Become an expert". From day one, the young talents take on responsibility, get to know the company in a practical way and develop step by step into specialists with vision.

Würth IT invites all new talents and their parents to a Welcome Day before the start of training - a look behind the scenes and a first opportunity to network. The Young Talents' first week of work is all about getting to know each other: the teams, the locations and the Young Talents network. There are also benefits such as training opportunities, a personal laptop, sports and cultural activities as well as free drinks and discounted meals.

"The award is a strong signal for us that we are on the right track - and at the same time an incentive to further expand our training program," says Sabrina Christof, HR Officer for Young Talents at Würth IT.

Best Training Companies

How is it evaluated?

The award is based on a two-stage analysis process: In a large-scale social listening exercise between February 2022 and January 2024, millions of online sources on topics such as employer performance and training were evaluated. In addition, structured self-disclosures on training quality, additional offers and successes were included in the assessment. Würth IT set the benchmark in the IT sector with a score of 100.
